On Sunday we had a wonderful open house, I know it was Mother’s Day, but my mom was there. Any way, check out the photo gallery for some pictures, but we had a great time of fun and fellowship. I hope to do this again sometime when its a little warmer and maybe we can use the pool…

The official wedding colors are cinnamon and cream. Almost fall colors…it’ll be nice! We largely based the color scheme on the bridesmaids’ (my sisters’) dresses. Went up to Bowling Green one day and speed-shopped for a dress with Sharmaine.

Corrine told me that for my Birthday, she would buy a grill to use at the house. She says it was for me, but Im not sure if it was for me, or cause she knows that I love cooking with a grill, so if she got me a grill I would cook dinner for her more than I do now…
But anyway, she got me a new grill over the weekend, and we tried it out yesterday, it works great, we grilled some corn, and some chicken breasts, they were wonderful. My sister was over with CJ, mom was there, and Rob & Annie, and Corrine, so it was a fun relaxing day.
And then after lunch, we, (mom, Corrine & I, CJ was hungry so my sister was busy, they came out later) but anyway, we went out to the front and worked on a flower bed, and planted some flowers and stuff. It looks much better now then before we started, and hopefully today or tomorrow I’ll get to put down the mulch, we were pretty beat, before the mulch, so we decided to wait till Monday.
